Wayfarer's new record brings the band's sound to its atmospheric conclusion: evoking darkness through calmness and creating the soundscape of an eerie desert oilfield in the dusk. 'Riders of the Setting Sun' is the statement of a new Americana that rises from the horizon as the dusk engulfs the daylight. Yet, every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn (Emerson).
